I had Super Standard Heating & Air Duct Cleaning come in to clean my air duct and dryer vents. I just moved into a new home and wasn’t sure when the last time this service was done by the previous owners. From the start, it was very easy to make an appointment. I emailed, and they responded very quickly.

The team arrived punctually and they got right to work. They were very professional and seemed like they have been doing this for quite some time. They informed me of some areas where previous furnace/AC installers were sloppy in their work, and told me they would try to correct it for me.

They showed me that my dryer vent was completely blocked. They also replaced a dryer line that was too short and had a hole in it.

The team said they were going to sanitize the air ducts, which I thought was a nice touch.

From the initial quote to the final bill, the price was a little more than expected. The sanitization service was $99, but they did not mention that it would be an additional fee. I thought it was included in the regular duct cleaning service. Additionally, the base dryer vent cleaning cost was not applicable due to the extra labor for unblocking the dryer vent and wasn’t a typical service, so this was about $50 more.

Overall, the service was good and I would use them again. Just be aware of the extra potential costs
