WOW, these guys are amazing. Sam stopped by today to do my duct cleaning. He came by, made new holes in the ductings, and cleaned everything out professionally.

They explained the process to me in detail so I knew exactly what was being done, the quote was exactly as quoted and the job was finished one time.

They also didn’t leave a mess when they left, would highly recommend Sam and his crew, great job guys!

First off, I don’t really post reviews unless someone goes above and beyond for me. Sam (the owner) and his associate were nothing but first class. Arrived on time,(actually abit early).He takes pride in his work, and was a delight to have him in our house. He had me personally view the ducting system before and after. It was shining like brand new. I know from experience in the trades, that his set up was commercial grade. His rates were very reasonable as well. No surprises come bill time.

Sam and Peter were both extremely kind and friendly, answered all of my questions Punctuality was awesome. Very easy to book with as well, they were able to fit me in quickly as I was in desperate need after my home renovations. Highly recommend. Thank you Super Standard.

I had Super Standard Heating & Air Duct Cleaning come in to clean my air duct and dryer vents. I just moved into a new home and wasn’t sure when the last time this service was done by the previous owners. From the start, it was very easy to make an appointment. I emailed, and they responded very quickly.

The team arrived punctually and they got right to work. They were very professional and seemed like they have been doing this for quite some time. They informed me of some areas where previous furnace/AC installers were sloppy in their work, and told me they would try to correct it for me.

They showed me that my dryer vent was completely blocked. They also replaced a dryer line that was too short and had a hole in it.

The team said they were going to sanitize the air ducts, which I thought was a nice touch.

From the initial quote to the final bill, the price was a little more than expected. The sanitization service was $99, but they did not mention that it would be an additional fee. I thought it was included in the regular duct cleaning service. Additionally, the base dryer vent cleaning cost was not applicable due to the extra labor for unblocking the dryer vent and wasn’t a typical service, so this was about $50 more.

Overall, the service was good and I would use them again. Just be aware of the extra potential costs

The team from super standard heating were great! Very friendly and professional. We booked them to do air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, as we recently moved into this house and completed some renovations which had caused a lot of dust. They ended up having to change our furnace filter, which the previous owners had clearly not done as needed. They also suggested that we add on a sanitization service for the ducts, because they were in such bad shape. I did not feel like they were upselling us or trying to get more $ – they seemed genuinely concerned and were suggesting it for our well being, which I am thankful for. And the total price for all the services was still very fair. They showed us before and after photos of the ducts and I was blown away. I feel good knowing that our air quality will be so much better in our home. I am very happy with the service level and the end results from Super Standard.

I did vent cleaning through Super Standard Heating. They were awesome! Very thorough, professional, careful with feeding the vacuum hose through the house, very good explanation and kind customer service.

When I called SuperStandard Heating for the job, the receptionist answered promptly, explained the price and set up an appointment. A day before the appointment she called to confirm. Sam and Peter from SuperStandard Heating arrive on time, with a good attitude and professional. They did a great job, provided knowledgeable feedback and finished in a timely manner.
